From 23rd Nov 2011 to mid January 2012The WSP seeks consultants Lead Researcher (International Short-Term Consultant) to design and train a local team to carry out a baseline survey in the 40 villages within Champsak and Sekong provinces.

To conduct an institutional-organisational capacity assessment of the rural water supply management by pCERWASS, in the framework of improving the management model. The project "Water Supply and Sanitation in Binh Dinh Province", funded by a cooperation of the Belgian and Vietnamese governments, is looking for consultants to conduct an institutional-organisational capacity assessment of the rural water supply management by pCERWASS, in the framework of improving the management model.

The new funding scheme (FLOW) will also target work on water and women - The last date for submission is the 29th of July.

 

FLOW is a new fund of 70 million Euros initiated by the Dutch Foreign Ministry to strengthen the rights and opportunities for women and girls worldwide. FLOW will focus on three priorities: security (including violence against women and UN Resolution 1325), economic empowerment (with an emphasis on food security, land, water and economic rights) and political participation. In these three priorities female leadership is seen as an important instrument. NGOs that meet the criteria as specified in the application documents are welcome to apply for a FLOW grant.
