According to this decision, one of the 13 advisory, inter-ministerial organizations include 1 organization involving in RWSS:

1. National Steering Committee on water supply and sanitation, established at decision no 138/TTg dated 7/3/1996 by PM. MoNRE is the led agency and resposible for its existing organization on personnel, financial and asset management persuant to the law.

This decision will be effective after 15 days published on the Official Gazette.
