Hanoi - On July 24th, 2008, the WSP organized the workshop to launch the CBAS study.
Cost-Benefit Analysis of Sanitation Interventions (CBAS), is aiming at giving decision makers at national and local levels estimations on the specific costs and benefits of different sanitation improvement technologies and approaches. Such cost-benefit estimates would help choices to be made between different sanitation improvement options, as well as between different means of implementing sanitation programs. It will also improve resource allocation and efficient spending of limited government, donor, private, community and household resources for sanitation.
