MOH has issued the National technical standards on domestic water quality. These new standards willcome into effect since 1-12-2009, replacing Decision 09/2005/QÐ-BYT on 13-3-2005 by MOHs MinisterThese new standards promulgate limits of quality indicators including color, smell/taste, PH, clo, a-sen... for domestic water not for drinking or for processing food at food processing units. These standards are applied for agencies, individuals, and households who explore, do business on domestic water, including piped water supply stations for domestic water with the capacity of less than 1.000 m3/day and night, and individuals, and households who explore water for their own domestic use.
