The Annual meeting betwwen GoV and 3 donors (Danida, Ausaid, Netherlands) for NTP II will be organized on 25/9/2009 in Hanoi by the Steering Committee to:

- Review the implementation of the NTP for 1st half of 2009 and planning for 2010; 
- Discuss and endorese the recommendations by the joint annual reveiw and 
- Commitment of support by donnors for the NTP in 2010.
