On 13/12/2010, the OBA learning workshop – policy and implementation was organized by NTPII SO, EMW, GPOBA and chaired by MARD Vice Minister Dao Xuan Hoc and World Bank Hanoi Country Director Ms. Victoria Kwa Kwa.

At the workshop, lessons learnt on OBA implementation in some countries in the world in in Viet Nam were presented. The workshop participants discussed about the issues raised in the presentations and development of an action plan on pilot application of this approach.
