The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development will hold the 4th meeting of Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Partnership Steering Committee on 19th August, 2008.

The objectives of the meeting are to:

Ø Review the implementation of RWSSP as per the work plan of the first half of 2008;

Ø Inform of the implementation of National Targeted Program on Rural Water Supply and Sanitation 2006-2010 (NTP-II) in the first half of 2008 and results of the Annual review of NTP-II Pilot Program.

Ø Inform of the progress of National RWSS Strategy update and the implementation of RWSS Monitoring and Evaluation Indicator Set.
