The PSC consists of representatives from the relevant government departments and selected member organizations. According to the recommendations of the 7^th PSC meeting on August 23, 2010, the composition of the PSC will be more flexible in the 2011-2015 period than in the previous period. The PSC meets semi-annually and has as its role to set the strategic direction for the RWSSP as well as oversee its planning and monitor progress.
